As Siza laboratories we are spreading our wings by opening another water, coal and minerals laboratory in Zimbabwe (Harare)

Siza’s plan is to open a few more labs at (SADEC REGION) and I am proud to say that the dream of Siza to diversify from coal is bringing good returns. We are also proud that we bought into an existing Zim-Lab and we are now co-owning that lab as new directors and shareholders as from 01 December 2015. Siza Zim –lab will be the biggest lab in Zimbabwe  . Siza is so excited to be the trend setters in this region.

As the CEO (FOUNDER) of Siza Coal & Minerals Laboratories I am the happiest man. And would like to thank all Siza employees for loyalty in supporting my vision and dream. And a special thanks to Fonnie Marais, as my hard working partner all the way.

SIZA SWAZI-LAB

To grow our Siza brand, I am proud to announce that Siza is opening another laboratory at Swaziland (Matsapa).
The laboratory will be testing water, food, oil, sugar cane, coal, soil and minerals. The lab will be fully operational as from March 2016. The lab is under full directorship of Musa Masondo and 2 other local ladies as assistance directors.

Firstly I would to thank every single one of you who is present here today especially our clients, then senior management, middle management and our different lab supervisor’s, staff and all your friends /loved ones for gracing us with your presence.

For the past 8 years since our existence, Siza Coal has had a remarkable success story and growth which I, as the founder of am extremely proud of. Siza Coal has had to compete with various competitors professionally and we are proud to say we have surprised ourselves and the entire testing industry. We have exceeded and met all our objectives and goals which we set for ourselves when we started this brand (Siza Coal Services –Laboratories)

I must be quick though to remind all the Siza Coal staff that it took a collective effort to be where we are today and for those who need to be reminded, we are amongst the 1st 3 laboratories in SA which is 100% black owned and also very well managed, and we are amongst big companies with overseas financial backup, but still we strive to be the best.

This year alone 2012, we have grown in our staff quantity to almost 200, we have opened our head office in Centurion Pretoria where you can walk in and be proud as it fits our image perfectly.

We have managed to secure a long term contract with Vlakfontein lab, we managed to get 2 new labs (Hlagisa) Wildfontein and (Keaton Energy) Vryheid. The big one is the one for Dundee Lab, us being SANAS Accredited ISO 17025. We experienced a huge increase on projects like (bias test, boreholes, and other big projects we handled thus far.

In closing one can only conclude that Siza Coal has made a remarkable mark in the coal quality testing field and we need to maintain our top preffered choice for coal mining. We also need to make sure we treat our client’s samples with honesty, respect, and of great importance. Lastly we need to work hard by giving more than 100% in order to keep our clients happy and to attract more new clients, this can only be achieved when we think (quality and timeous results).

I would like to give a special thanks to all our clients for the trust and business you have given to us. to our management team who is working hard to make sure we succeed ,and most importantly Siza Coal staff t which are there to represent us 24/7 . I would also like thank the organizing team for today’s function (Mrs. Lindiwe Masondo, Inno- HR 2 x receptionist –Nomthandazo/Gabisile

To all that will be going to their different destinations during this festive season, please be safe, avoid unnecessary spending of money ,avoid drinking too much and do not drink and drive. if you are lucky to win someone please use condoms and if you are working please stay away from drinking, we want to still have you in our staff list in 2013 .
